Top and Bottom
Spot the blue and pink.
With the cue-ball played from just inside baulk each time pot the blue making the cue-ball pass each side of the pink.
The pink must not be contacted.
Topspin Blacks
Spot the black and position the cue-ball above it as shown.
Pot the blacking topping the cue-ball round the top and side cushions.

Finding the Gaps
Spot a red on the blue spot then line the high valued colours across the pink spot as shown.
With the cue-ball played from the same side of the table each time pot the red playing the cue-ball through the four gaps.
The high colours must not be contacted.
Doubles
Spot the colours and position three reds one ball’s width from the side cushion as shown.
With the cue-ball placed each time, double each red into a middle pocket. Repeat this time putting the three reds the other side of the table.
Backspin Blacks
Spot the black and position the cue-ball above it as shown.
Pot the blacking screwing the cue-ball round the top and side cushions.

Holding the Spot
Spot the pink.
Pot the pink and stop the cue-ball on the pink spot.
High Jump Blues
Spot the blue, put a red on the pink spot and position the cue-ball to form a half ball pot on the blue.
Pot a half-ball blue off its spot and screw the cue-ball inside the red. Each time the shot is achieved, add a further red up to a maximum of six.
Cannon from Black
Put a red half way between the pink and black spots then place the black on its spot.
Pot the black and cannon the red with the cue-ball.

The Drag Shot
Spot the black and then place a red a ball’s width from the top pocket in a direction with the pink spot.
With the cue-ball played from the D, pot the red using drag followed by the black.
Wrong side of Blue
Spot the colours and put a red each side of the pink.
With the cue-ball placed as shown, pot the blue sending the cue-ball between the baulk colours for position on the reds. Provided the blue’s potted, pot one of the reds.
Top Cushion Nestles
Evenly line the colours so they are in the order shown and each is positioned tight against the top cushion.
Playing the cue-ball from the D each time. Make a one-cushion escape to nestle on each of the low valued colours in turn. Then make a two-cushion escape to nestle on each of the high values.
Each time a colour is nestled on, remove it from the table.
Cannons
Spot the pink and black then line four reds either of the pink as shown.
Potting a high black each time, cannon each red finishing with the pink.
Brown Three Cushions
Spot the colours and put a red halfway between pink and black as shown.
With the cue-ball forming a half-ball pot on the brown, pot the brown, bringing the cue-ball off three cushions and potting the red. Arrow shows path of cue-ball.
The red can be potted into any pocket.
Tunnels
Spot the black, put a red on the blue spot and space the remaining five colours across the pink spot as shown.
With the cue-ball played from the same side of the table each time pot the red playing the cue-ball between the colours for position on the black. Then pot the black.

Smashing the Pack
Spot the blue and pink.
With the cue-ball placed each time, pot the blue into the middle pocket so the cue-ball cannons the pink directly onto the top cushion.
Both the blue must be potted and the pink ball cannoned directly onto the top cushion for the shot to count.
High Jump Blacks
Spot the black and position the cue-ball below it to form a half-ball shot as shown.
Pot a half-ball black off its spot and screw the cue-ball inside the red. Each time the shot is achieved, add a further red up to a maximum of six.
Snooker Escapes
Spot the colours and then position six reds as shown.
Placing the cue-ball a ball’s width behind the black to form a full ball snooker each time, hit each red in turn.
When a snooker is escaped removed the red hit from the table.
Eye of the Needle
Spot a red on the blue spot then line the colours in sequence across the pink spot as shown.
With the cue-ball played from the same side of the table each time pot the red playing the cue-ball through the seven gaps.
The colours must not be contacted.
Opening the Pack
Spot the colours and form a hexagon of seven reds between the pink and black as shown.
Placing the cue-ball behind any colour to start, open the pack directly from each colour. Re-set the balls after each shot.
For the shot to count the colour must be potted and the reds contacted directly.
Finding the Gaps from the black
Spot the black and then evenly line five reds across the table with the middle red on the pink spot.
Pot the black sending the cue-ball through each of the six gaps.
Repeat routine this time sending the cue-ball off the top-cushion and through the gaps.
For the shot to count no reds must be contacted.
Back of Baulk Colours
Spot the colours and put a red either side of the pink.
With the cue-ball placed as shown, pot the blue sending the cue-ball behind the baulk colours for position on the reds. Provided the blue’s potted, pot one of the reds.
The reds can be potted in any pocket.
Cannons in Sequence
Put a red on the blue spot then line the six colours in order as shown.
With the red potted from the same side of the table each time, make a cannon on each colour in sequence.
Baulk Colour Cannons
Spot the black and baulk colours. Now set up a half-ball black as shown.
Pot the black and make a cannon on each of the baulk colours.
Screwing Back No Trouble
Line colours in sequence and a ball’s width from the top side cushion. Then arrange the 15 reds on the table as shown.
With a red potted from the black spot each time, cannon the colours in order. If shot made, take cannoned colour off the table and put next red on the black spot.
Continue until all the cannons have been made or the reds have run out.

Over Middle Pocket Cannons
Spot the black and place a red against each top side cushion as shown.
With the cue-ball placed each time, pot the black cannoning a red over the middle pocket.
Make the cannons from both high and low on the black.
Pink-Black Cannons
Spot the blue, pink and black.
Pot the blue quarter-ball cannoning the pink onto the black.

Flat Pack, Low Black
Set the table up as normal.
With the cue-ball placed below the black, break open the pack and pot a red.

Reverse Side Blacks
Spot yellow and black.
Pot the black screwing off the side cushion with reverse side for position on the yellow.
Play blacks with cue-ball paced on both sides of table.
High Blue Cannons
Spot the blue and place a red on each side cushion as shown.
Playing from high on the blue, use topspin to make the cue-ball come off the top cushion to cannon a red into a potable position.
Repeat shot this time using stun and then backspin to cannon a red into a potable position.
