INTRODUCTION
This practice challenge is for players who have yet to make a century break in a match.
It has been based on Stephen Hendry’s ‘6 Steps to Make Your First 100+ Break’ from his Cue Tips YouTube channel.
To get in the Cuestars Academy Hall of Fame from this challenge all achieved steps must be filmed.

To update your scores click on your name and then select ‘Edit’.
Step 1 – First Break
Spot the blue and then place a red each side of it as shown.
With the cue-ball placed for the first shot only, clear the balls for a 12 break.
Award normal values for each ball potted!
Maximum score is 12 points.
Step 2 – 20+ Break
Spot the blue and then line 2 reds either side of it as shown.
With the cue-ball place to start, clear the 4 reds with blues.
Remember to keep re-spotting the blue until the fourth blue is potted!
Maximum score is 24 points.
Step 3 – 30+ Break
Spot the black and position 4 reds around it as shown.
With the cue-ball place to start, clear the 4 reds with blacks.
Remember to keep re-spotting the black until the fourth black is potted!
Maximum score is 32 points.
Step 4 – 50+ Break
Spot the high colours then line 7 reds as shown.
With the cue-ball place to start, clear the 7 reds with the high colours.
Remember to keep re-spotting the colours until the all the reds are potted!
Maximum score is 56 points.
Step 5 – 70+ Break
Spot the high colours then position 10 reds as shown.
With the cue-ball place to start, clear the 10 reds with the high colours.
Remember to keep re-spotting the colours until the all the reds are potted!
Maximum score is 80 points.
Step 6 – 100+ Break
Spot the colours then position 15 reds as shown.
With the cue-ball place to start, clear the 15 reds with colours.
Remember to keep re-spotting the colours until the all the reds are potted!
Maximum score is 147 points.
